My second time at Nineteen Hyaku, and I'm already looking forward to my third and forth. The atmosphere was on point, the food was tasty, and on time. The server was patient and courteous. She checked in on us very often. I definitely recommend dining here. The experience is top notch and unforgettable. A

10/10 would recommend and I’ll definitely be going back!! Everything we ordered was mouth watering and made me wish I could eat more! The atmosphere and service were also top notch and did not disappoint. Our server (I wish I could remember his name) was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Every one of his recommendations was a win and he was attentive enough without being overbearing. He also realized we were celebrating and brought us all a complimentary champagne toast. Can’t wait to go back!

Our recent visit to Nineteen Hyaku at the Pearl for a birthday celebration was nothing short of extraordinary! The online reservation process was a breeze, and from the moment we walked in, servers Jac and Isaac made us feel completely welcomed, like long-lost friends reconnecting over incredible food. We kicked off with perfectly steamed edamame before diving into the Shumai Dumplings — tender pork-filled delights swimming in a sauce so rich and flavorful it could have been a dish on its own. The chicken and pork skewers followed, delivering a sophisticated blend of smoky, savory perfection that left us speechless. The fried rice? Simply out of this world! It’s now a must-have for my takeout dinner menu at home. The Lemon Kani Sushi? Imagine a lemon drop candy reimagined as sushi — a playful explosion of flavor that’s both unique and unforgettable. Our grand finale was the New Zealand lamb chops, a true culinary masterpiece, made even better by the expert recommendations from the knowledgeable staff. We capped off the evening with the Hyaku Espresso Martini and Lychee Martini for dessert, a deliciously creative conclusion to a phenomenal experience. Nineteen Haiku isn’t just a meal — it’s an adventure for the senses!

My husband and I celebrated my birthday here last night, wanted to try something new. It's quite an experience. Hunter took very good care of us, stellar service. The food was equally fantastic. Love the atmosphere as well. We had an assortment of items and drinks. The shishito peppers were excellent - best rendition of the appetizer I've had from any sushi restaurant. Hard to pick a favorite item, but none disappointed. I hope to come back and try other items. Thank you, Hunter, and Nineteen Hyaku

Fantastic place across the board. Not sure why others are down scoring the food here —quality, flavor, plating, etc. were all on point, albeit non-traditional. Our server, Vanessa (if I remember correctly), was wonderful and as my wife described it, it’s a “super vibe-y place.” Great date night spot. Highly recommend the spring gyoza, chef’s choice nigiri and finish with one of the snow crab hand rolls.

Ken with Offline - Downtown residence for 15 years and in hospitality for over 30 years. The food was incredible and the service at a different level! Cin went to the website and saw a vegetarian option when we were driving to the restaurant. We put in our order with Kayla when we arrived (if I was not retired, I would have STOLEN HER AWAY FROM NINETEEN!) WOW. When Cin placed her order, we could tell something was wrong, but ROCK STAR Kayla said she never heard of that on the menu, but she would check with the chef. She came back to tell us that dish had been discontinued a while back, but she would talk with the GM and chef for a resolution. She came back with the GM to tell us they would honor Cins request, as they had everything to make the dish. The ship sails as the captain sails it. GM was great! We chatted for 5 minutes about downtown living. Common man, what!!!! Then to boot, the entire meal a 10. Just a tad noisy, but that's a building issue. Little hard to hear each other.

Beautiful and unique dining experience. The food presentation was amazing. It was absolutely delicious. You have to try the Wagyu Gyoza!!! Savored every bite!! We had the Miso soup The serrano Hiramasa roll had a little kick, not too spicy. The LemonKani roll was yummy with a lemon flavor. The cocktails were a little sweet but delicious. The atmosphere was loud, we sat upstairs a little quieter. The restaurant is first class. Very boujee. My new favorite!!
